The nineteenth day of the LBA opens with the’advance between Vanoli Cremona and Acqua S.Bernardo Cantù, scheduled for Saturday, February 7 at 7:30 p.m. at PalaRadi. A delicate away game for the biancoblù, second-last in the standings with eight points, who will challenge a direct competitor such as the team coached by coach Pierluigi Brotto, protagonist of a very positive first half of the season that has allowed it to score 14 points, sailing at a good distance from the relegation zone.

“As with all away games, this will be a difficult contest – stressed coach Walter De Raffaele in the press conference -We play against a team that has great athleticism and a strong offensive propensity, so I believe that the management of rebounds and Cremona’s ability to play in the open court will be two important keys to control the pace and to try to have balance between offense and defense”.

“They have been very good, especially early in the season, at stringing together a series of wins that has allowed them to gain confidence. They have a very balanced roster, with a package of Italians that is helping a lot to raise the level – added the Brianzoli coach -We during the week focused on analyzing those moments of the games when we suffer negative partials, to try to have balance in all quintets”.

“The team is reacting well, I see a newfound confidence in several players and in general a mentally proactive group. It is crucial, however, that these positive signals are then carried on the court, because it is important that the same desire and attitude are also seen in the game” concluded De Raffaele.
