Furious president hunts third coach of the season at midnight

Another exoneration: after Nuno Espirito Santo and Ange Postecoglou, Sean Dyche also failed to withstand the wrath of Nottingham Forest chairman Evangelos Marinakis, who decided to oust the third coach of the season in the night after the disappointing 0-0 draw against Wolverhampton.
Having arrived in October, Dyche had taken the team in fourth-last place, two points from third-last place; in these four months he has failed to turn things around, and Forest is still in that position, three points from the relegation zone.
“We would like to thank Sean and his staff for their commitment during their time at the club and wish them the best of luck in the future” is the terse note that came after midnight after the goalless match against Wolves. During the match in the stands Marinakis appeared increasingly furious.
Next up, then: according to rumors, Portuguese Vitor Pereira, former Wolverhampton coach, is favored for the bench. Dyche according to rumors was fired because he was challenged by the team itself: some of the senators had expressed doubts to Marinakis about the training methods and tactics adopted.
Marinakis after yet another disappointing result decided to turn again. These were Dyche’s words in the last press conference preceding the farewell: “People can ask for change, but then it is up to the owners to decide whether to change or not. I work hard. I care about this club, I have made that clear, and so do my staff. With Marinakis everything is clear, he has been absolutely fair with me from the’beginning to the end, and I have been fair with him: I have told him the truth at every stage of my experience here”.
