Lindsey Vonn esteems and appreciates Sofia Goggia, who is about to experience yet another starring challenge in the white circus. The American, interviewed by Olympics.com, has very clear ideas about the champion from Bergamo: “She just needs to not get hurt, first of all, and to finish the season,” she indeed stressed.
Goggia, born in 1992, was Olympic downhill champion in Pyeongchang, South Korea, in 2018, and has also won three downhill World Cups and two world medals.
“The goal is to be able to be continuous from the beginning to the end of the season, because in the last two seasons I’ve had one with two halfs,” Sofia told Sportal.co.uk a few weeks ago.
