Moraschini makes a new start in Laguna
In the last three seasons at Olimpia Milano
Just hours after parting ways with Austin Daye, there is immediately a new arrival at Umana Reyer Venezia. In fact, the Venetian club has reached an agreement with Riccardo Moraschini, a guard/winger born in 1991.
For the last three seasons the Italian basketball player has been at Olimpia Milano, with his contract terminated in March after being disqualified for clostebol metabolite positivity. These are his words, “I want to thank Reyer, president Federico Casarin and coach Walter De Raffaele for this opportunity,” Moraschini said. “They immediately made me feel important.
“I’m glad this good news came, I was looking forward to it. I have the fire inside and I want to relive the adrenaline of the court and the excitement of being part of a team,” Moraschini added. “Reyer is a very important company. I am really happy.”
