Inter, Beppe Marotta is adamant about Paulo Dybala
The Nerazzurri executive speaks out
On the eve of Inter’s homecoming, scheduled for Wednesday morning in Appiano Gentile, Nerazzurri CEO Beppe Marotta took stock of the market, starting with the rumors surrounding Paulo Dybala.
“He is a freed footballer in a particular period,” he said, “It’s the first time that so many high-level freed players are still stationary, without a team. It means that soccer is changing, clubs want to contain costs. Dybala represented an opportunity but I would say we are okay in the offensive sector.”
“The affection for Paulo remains but in attack,” Marotta further explained, “we have a number of players of depth. The coach will have to manage those who have arrived and those who have stayed in the best way.”
