In agreement with the Berlusconi family, Lionard S.p.A. issued a note to clarify that the villa that Silvio Berlusconi purchased in Casatenovo is no longer on the market. The property, which underwent major restoration and enhancement works, was managed by Lionard S.p.A. and, after a very short period on the market, immediately found a buyer.

“To date, the utmost confidentiality has been observed both on the property and on the negotiations, in respect of the privacy we guarantee to our clients,” explains Dimitri Corti, CEO #38; Founder of Lionard S.p.A, “however, in light of recent speculations released by third parties not involved in the negotiations, we have chosen to depart from our modus operandi to specify that the villa is no longer available on the market.
