More reinforcement for Brianzoli, newly promoted to Serie A
The rumors that have been churning in the last few hours have been confirmed directly by Adriano Galliani: Samuele Birindelli will be Monza’s next reinforcement, as explained by the Brianzoli’s CEO during the presentation of the club’s new jersey, sponsored by Motorola, at the Lenovo space.
“He is the sixth Italian, it is also a philosophy to sign Italians,” Galliani told reporters. “But it is not certain that some foreigners will not also arrive.
Birindelli, class of 1999, arrives from Pisa, a club in which he completed the youth trafilament and played from 2016 until the conclusion of the last championship, which saw Monza steal promotion to Serie A from Pisa in the playoff final.
