Coming up on Sky and streaming on NOW is another major event of Sky Sports’ Blue Summer. Appointment from tomorrow with the World Athletics Championships to be held in the United States, in Eugene, Oregon. On Sky, great and extensive coverage, from the live coverage of the races, live especially in the evening-night hours (also to be followed thanks to the replays the next day), to the many in-depth features aired as early as the early morning. This is the first time an outdoor World Cup has been held on American soil, and for this edition Eugene has renovated the track at Hayward Field. A new opportunity not to be missed to see many stars of world athletics at work, one above all the Swedish asthlete Armand Duplantis, but also to cheer on the athletes of the Italian national team, which in the United States will be present with all the Olympic gold medalists from Tokyo. The most anticipated Italian stars are Marcell Jacobs and Gianmarco Tamberi, not forgetting the men’s 4×100 and Massimo Stano, who will try to repeat his Tokyo gold in the 20 km march. Italy with 60 registered athletes, 31 men and 29 women, and six Olympic champions. Just Jacobs and Tamberi will be on the track already today, respectively in the preliminary of the 100 and in the qualification of the high.
