Bayern, Oliver Kahn reiterates willingness for Matthijs De Ligt
At Juventus for three seasons
Bayern Munich wants Matthijs De Ligt at all costs. Negotiations are currently at a stalemate, but the Dutch central defender and the Bavarians have every intention of closing soon.
After words in recent days from former Juventus player Hasan Salihamidzic, now former goalkeeper Oliver Kahn, now CEO of Bayern Munich, has also come out of the closet: “There have been talks, he wants to come here. We will have more contacts with Juventus, we will see how it ends,” he told Bayerischer Rundfunk.
So there could be a new meeting between the two clubs next week to try to iron out the final differences between supply and demand. But De Ligt’s will is clear: to leave Juventus after three years and move to Bayern.
