Novak Djokovic raises bar and sets quota of 30 Slams
Novak Djokovic’s coach: “He wants to play for five more years.”
Age and the vaccine issue are not stopping Novak Djokovic. The Serbian tennis player, who after the Australian Open will most likely have to miss the Us Open as well for not getting vaccinated, has no plans to hang up his racket anytime soon: his goal is to join Rafa Nadal at 22 Slams, but not only that.
“I’ve talked about it with him several times and the target is to play five more years and reach 30 Slams,” Nole’s coach Goran Ivanisevic told puntodebreak. “It’s something he’s always had in mind. Should there be no injuries, I believe he is capable of being able to reach this goal.”
