Bjorn Borg praises our talents
Bjorn Borg, during an interview granted to ‘Repubblica,’ also dwelt on some Italian tennis talents. “Matteo is a great player. To see him play from my coaching bench is incredible. He will do great things,” he told about Berrettini.
“I hope Sinner will also be part of our European team in the years to come, he too is great,” the five-time Wimbledon winner continued. “His last match against Alcaraz was crazy in New York. I want him on my team.”
“Alcaraz-Sinner will be a great rivalry for many years. I’m looking forward to enjoying it,” added the former Swedish racquetball star.
