The adventure of Italy’s Giovanni Toti at the Guatemala International badminton tournament ended with a gold medal.
The Italian Army bearer was perfect in the entire tournament, surrendering only one set to his opponents, and he was no less even in the final, overcoming Salvadoran Uriel Francisco Canjura Artiga with a double 22-20.
The valuable points won will allow Giovanni Toti to climb at least a dozen positions in the world ranking, taking him to the threshold of the Top 100.
