Edin Dzeko makes 101 and lifts Inter up again, downed Sassuolo

Inter Milan bent Sassuolo 2-1 in Emilia

Inter also restarts in the league: after the Champions League win against Barcelona, Inzaghi’s team won at the Mapei Stadium 2-1 against Sassuolo thanks to a double by Dzeko, and broke the series of two straight defeats in Serie A.

In a first half full of chances, Inter found the lead a minute before halftime thanks to Dzeko’s goal, which came on a turn on the development of a Nerazzurri corner. In the second half, Inzaghi’s team was surprised in the 61st minute by Frattesi, who scored thanks to a splendid cross from Rogerio, but in the 76th minute found the goal of the final 2-1 again with Dzeko, on goal number 101 in Serie A, again on the developments of a free kick.

Thanks to this victory, Inter temporarily climbs back to seventh place in the standings on 15 points, while Sassuolo is ninth on 12.
