The words of Becco Bagnaia

Pecco Bagnaia spoke after a difficult Friday free practice, conditioned by cold and wind: “I have to take risks but Quartararo has to as well because it is too important to be in front. These two races are not the best for our bike, but this year we have already shown that we can be competitive on tracks where we were not last year.”

“In any case, the strategy will always be the same as in the last races: push and try to do the best we can without thinking too much about the championship, because it’s time to attack.”

“Honestly at the beginning this morning I was struggling with the wind, then we did something that improved the situation and in fact I also improved my pace in the second and third run. In the afternoon the wind was even stronger and maybe because of my setting or my riding style, I struggled quite a bit. Again, though, we were able to make a step and in the third run I had a good pace on used tires.”
