Lorenzo Musetti joins Matteo Berrettini: all-Italian final in Naples
Musetti prevailed over Kecmanovic
It will be an all-Italian final at the ATP 250 tournament in Naples, where Lorenzo Musetti and Matteo Berrettini will face each other.
The Carrara-based tennis player joined the Roman, who prevailed in the afternoon over the U.S. McDonald, in taking victory over Serb Miomir Kecmanovic, who was overcome in two sets (6-3, 6-4).
In the early stages, the match was balanced, with the 2002 Italian class and Kecmanovic managing to snatch a break each, but on the score of two even games the match changed: Musetti quickly and firmly took the reins of the game and closed the first set on 6-3.
The second set followed the script of the first, with the Serb trying, but the Italian holder, in a state of grace, continued to dominate, imposing himself 6-4, thus snatching the pass for the final, scheduled for Sunday, October 23, at 3 p.m.
