F1, Fernando Alonso changes version on Lewis Hamilton
Alpine driver changes version on Hamilton
Fernando Alonso, in his interview with ‘De Telegraaf,’ had seemed to downplay the titles won by Lewis Hamilton, comparing them to Max Verstappen’s two consecutive ones.
The Alpine driver corrected his tirade on Twitter, complaining about how the words were misrepresented by journalists.
“All titles are fantastic, deserved and inspiring. They are impossible to compare with each other. Let’s enjoy the champions and legends of our time,” reads the two-time world champion’s post.
“I am tired of the constant search for titles,” Alonso then concluded.
