F1, Mexico GP: Lewis Hamilton has one regret

“I’m not sure if the hard tire was the right one.”

Protagonist of a gangly race, glued to the unbeatable Verstappen for most of the race, Lewis Hamilton had to settle for second place in the Mexico GP. Here are the words of the British champion released hot to the official Formula 1 channels.

“The crowd was fantastic, although it was a bit embarrassing to hear their ‘boo’, the booing, but in any case I always have a lot of love and respect for the Mexican fans. That said, the race was good, overall it was a great weekend. Red Bull though, they were really too fast for us,” Sir Lewis began.

“What I’m not sure about, is that the hard tire was the right one: we should have started with the softs. The hard did not balance well with our car,” concluded the Englishman.
