MotoGp, Ducati: Pecco Bagnaia wants to give emotions
Bagnaia wants to provide excitement
Ducati rider Pecco Bagnaia arrives at the final round of the MotoGP with a 23-point lead over his direct rival for the title, Fabio Quartararo.
The Italian centaur spoke to the official channels of the Borgo Panigale stable, revealing his feelings ahead of the Grand Prix at the Spanish ‘Ricardo Tormo’ circuit, which will also coincide with the last race as a Ducatista for Jack Miller.
“A really important weekend for us is about to begin, but I arrive in Valencia calm and serene. The Circuit Ricardo Tormo is a track where we were fast last year and on paper it is suited to the characteristics of our bike. Compared to Malaysia we are in a more favorable situation, but we have to stay focused to the last, just think about working well from the first round and aim to give our best in the race as always. There will be a lot of Ducati fans here, as well as my family, my friends and my fan club, so I hope to give them all great emotions on Sunday,” Bagnaia explained.
Francesco, aka ‘Pecco,’ Bagnaia after winning the Moto2 world championship in 2018 with Sky Racing Team VR46, will make his MotoGp debut in 2019 riding the Ducati of Team Pramac Racing. In September 2020, he scored his first podium in the top MotoGP category at Misano. The following year he switched to the official Ducati team and finished the championship in second place, behind the French Yamaha rider Fabio Quartararo.
