Valentino Rossi and MotoGp world champion Pecco Bagnaia followed Pozzecco’s Azzurri against Spain
Excellent attendance at the Vitifrigo Arena, where following the national basketball team in the match against Spain were Valentino Rossi, who is at home in Pesaro, and Ducati rider and world champion Pecco Bagnaia.
Also cheering on Pozzecco’s Azzurri along with them were another big personality of Italian sports, Olympic high jump gold medalist Gianmarco Tamberi, Sports Minister Andrea Abodi, and CONI President Giovanni Malagò.
Italy struggled for a long time with the European champions but was defeated in overtime 88-84 by Scariolo’s team.
