Lewis Hamilton doesn’t trust Sebastian Vettel’s retirement

Cute little joke between Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel in the press conference of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the last round of the Formula 1 season that will see the farewell of Sebastian Vettel.

In this regard Lewis Hamilton joked about it, “We’ve always had great battles and I thought a lot of drivers are coming back. Alonso is back, maybe you will do the same. We are seeing what is happening with other drivers, so now we are celebrating your farewell, but who knows. F1 has a lot of appeal.”

Sebastian Vettel’s response was not long in coming : “Maybe we can make a deal. We’ll talk about it outside of here, maybe when you want to leave, I’ll want to come back.”

And again Hamilton retorted, smiling, “We can swap, following the principle of alternation.”
