Serie B, Genoa no longer knows how to win: ko in Perugia as well
Blessin’s Genoa no longer knows how to win
Genoa’s crisis continues: the men of Alexander Blessin were defeated 1-0 on the field of Perugia, in the match valid for the 14th day of the cadet championship.
This was the third defeat in the last five games for the Genoa team after those against Reggina and Ternana. In the other two, the Rossoblù hit two draws against Brescia and Como.
A substantially balanced match at the Renato Curi stadium, both teams tried to win it but it was the hosts who went through in the 74th minute, through Marco Olivieri. The Grifone threw themselves in search of an equalizer: the goal came in the midst of recovery with Kevin Stootman but the mark was cancelled by referee Aureliano.
Thus continues the black moment of Alexander Blessin’s men, who maintain their third position in the standings but now find themselves eight points behind Frosinone, alone at the top.
