Portuguese striker ready to discuss renewal with Rossoneri club
Rafael Leao opened up about renewing his contract with AC Milan in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport from Portugal’s World Cup retreat: “AC Milan and the contract? I am happy, proud, now I have to stay focused on the World Cup, then with Milan I will talk as soon as I arrive.”
“Do I feel like signing? Even before arriving in the national team we had a meeting with Maldini, it was positive, so when I arrive in Milan we will talk well,” explained the Lusitanian outside forward, who with agent Jorge Mendes is aiming to snatch a major deal for a contract extension expiring in June 2024.
