Olimpia will face Maccabi Tel Aviv and Red Star

Olimpia Milano is ready to get back on the court to break its streak of nine consecutive Euroleague losses: a busy week for Ettore Messina’s meneghini, who will first face Maccabi Tel Aviv at the Forum d’Assago and then face Red Star on the road.

The coach of the Milanese team, however, in view of the two European commitments, will be able to count on the return of two key pawns for his rotations: they are Niccolò Melli and Kyle Hines, both out in the match valid for the tenth day of the championship, in the victory against Pallacanestro Reggiana.

“By Tuesday we should have back both Melli, who used these two days to get rid of his right ankle problem, and Hines: he had taken a very hard hit on his right wrist before Athens, he played anyway, now he is better. For Gigi, I hope he can be back at least for the game on the 26th with Varese,” Messina explained after the success over Dragan Sakota’s men.
