Important milestone for point guard

The player and flag of Reyer Venezia, Andrea De Nicolao, in the game against Brescia, valid for the tenth day of the Italian top basketball league, reached an important milestone in the orogranata uniform.

In fact, the point guard, who arrived in 2017 and is in his sixth consecutive season in Veneto, touched 291 appearances in a Reyer jersey, surpassing Lorenzo Carraro, a guard from the 1970s and 1980s.

“It is an honor and a reason of great pride to represent Reyer in Italy and Europe: it is really a great satisfaction. The 291 appearances are the result of a journey of now six years lived together with many beautiful people within the Reyer family that I thank, I will always give my best for this Club, staff and teammates. Aiming for 300 appearances,” De Nicolao continued.

The next goal for the point guard is now to reach 329 appearances, those touched by Stefano Tonut, who moved to Olimpia Milano in the summer.
