Juventus, Paul Pogba case: return still slips
Pogba will return in late February
Juventus is questioning Paul Pogba: the French midfielder, who was in Doha on Sunday for the World Cup final between Argentina and France, is well behind on the recovery path mapped out by the Bianconeri medical staff and will not return until February, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The midfielder, out now for five months after a knee problem suffered in July, three and a half months after the operation has not yet had a training session on the field but continues to work in the gym. Massimiliano Allegri himself explained that he does not know when he will be able to return to the field and make himself available for the second half of the season.
The case is likely to explode: Pogba has already cost Juve more than 5 million euros gross, and there are already those who are calling for a termination of his contract.
