David Goffin puts Novak Djokovic first. But he doesn’t forget Jannik Sinner

Belgian tennis player David Goffin gave a short interview to TennisActu where he expressed his opinion about the best tennis player in the ATP circuit.

“Djokovic is by far the number one, even if he is not currently in the rankings. At the moment, however, he is unquestionably the number one in the world,” Goffin sentenced. “He obviously cannot win everything either, so we see that sometimes, even when he plays well, there are little surprises like against Rune, but in a whole season he doesn’t lose much.

He then named a number of other tennis players fighting for the top positions, including Italian Jannik Sinner: “There are Medvedev, Zverev, Tsitsipas, and young up-and-comers like Sinner or Alcaraz who form a great cocktail. It will be interesting.”
