Vuelle reported ruptured Achilles tendon for Ferrara winger
Carpegna Prosciutto Basket Pesaro with an official statement announced the serious injury of Valerio Mazzola, who was hurt in the final game against Virtus Segafredo Bologna.
The Ferrara forward suffered a right leg injury with rupture of the Achilles tendon. “The player will undergo repair surgery by Dr. Raul Zini at the Maria Cecilia Hospital clinic in Cotignola (Ravenna),” the club announced.
Mazzola has been in Pesaro since last summer.
