Skiing, Dominik Paris doesn’t hide disappointment
Dominik Paris still far from podium in CdM
It was not an easy downhill for Dominik Paris on Wednesday morning: in Bormio, however, the speed veteran took a top-10 finish for the first time this season by finishing seventh in the race won by Vincent Kriechmayr.
“The feelings? Not great – Paris candidly admitted to the microphones of ‘Rai Sport’ – It was difficult this year because of the track conditions. I struggled, losing the line a couple of times. However, I gave it my all and at least I managed to score points.”
For Paris, today’s race is still a step in the right direction: “The gap is still a bit big, getting into the Top 10 is already good. Now there is a little break before the next downhill, we will see how it goes in Wengen.”
