Sting for Casemiro after crazy gesture
The Manchester United midfielder was punished with a three-day stop
Manchester United midfielder Casemiro paid dearly for his behavior during last Saturday’s Premier League match against Crystal Palace. The former Real man, who had put his hands around Will Hughes’ neck during a brawl on the pitch, was punished with a three-day disqualification.
The Brazilian had been immediately ejected by the referee after a lengthy Var review, and upon leaving he had brought his finger to his temple as if to tell the match director “you’re crazy.” Manchester United decided not to appeal for the greenback, who is on his first career direct ejection.
