MotoGp, Ducati: Pecco Bagnaia knows where he can still improve
Pecco Bagnaia shows Ducati the way ahead of the new season
Pecco Bagnaia, after the three-day MotoGp test in Sepang, entrusted his feelings to the official channels of the Ducati Lenovo Team, the official team of the Rossa di Borgo Panigale.
“I am happy and proud of the work completed in this test,” said the 2022 world champion. After the lunch break today we were able to make a modification to the new bike that allowed us to bring it to the same level as last year’s. That was my goal, so we can only be satisfied.”
The Piedmontese centaur also knows where to take action to improve further: “We will definitely have to continue working to improve other aspects of it and also make it more rideable, but we still have two more days of testing in Portugal to be able to do that. In Portimão it will also be important to try again the two aerodynamic solutions tested here. I already have a preference, but I also want to try them on a different track.”
“In Portimão we will definitely focus on the development of the GP23 and we will also have to try to simulate a Sprint Race, so the last two days of testing ahead of us will be very important,” Bagnaia concluded.
