First Turkish joy for Nicolo Zaniolo
Nicolò Zaniolo got off to a good start in Turkey: the former Roma man scored in the friendly against Alanyaspor. The class of 1999, who took over in the 80th minute, sealed the goal of the final 4-2 in the final minutes.
Nicolò Zaniolo’s farewell to Roma was rather troubled: the player was now out of Josè Mourinho’s plans and would have liked to move to AC Milan, which, however, did not find an agreement with the capital club.
Bournemouth also made an offer but Zaniolo declined because he was not completely convinced by the English club’s sporting project. In the very last stages of the winter session, a move to Galatasaray then materialized.
