What a mistake on Sofia Goggia
An export Sofia Goggia also stars on a German-language broadcaster. As reported by one of her fans, Paolo Zannantonio, on a Facebook group dedicated to her, the champion from Bergamo was the subject of a quiz.
The question read, “On November 17, 2022, Italy’s Sofia Goggia won the alpine ski race in St. Moritz, even though…?” Three alternatives were proposed:
“A – Her hand was broken and did not fit in the glove.
B – she had tripped halfway down the course on two ski poles lost earlier
C – Had reached the finish line upside down.”
For the record, the contestant, inexplicably unprepared, made a mistake, failing to indicate the correct answer, naturally A.
