Milan: Ismael Bennacer is to undergo knee surgery
Tests undergone this morning by AC Milan’s French-Algerian midfielder Ismael Bennacer, who injured his right knee during the Champions League first leg derby against Inter Milan, revealed a post-traumatic cartilage injury of the lateral femoral condyle.
Bennacer will have to undergo arthroscopic surgery. The operation will be performed between tomorrow and Saturday, and the Rossoneri player risks a long stop, roughly 3-4 months.
