MotoGp, Marco Bezzecchi hopes to break his own taboo
Marco Bezzecchi’s words at the press conference ahead of the French GP
Marco Bezzecchi spoke during the press conference presenting the Le Mans GP. “I really like the track, I’m really pumped up for the weekend and I can’t wait to get on the track,” began the rider from the team founded by Valentino Rossi.
“In Jerez it was a very difficult weekend for us. In testing we had a good feeling, but it would have been better to have it on Saturday or Sunday. We found something interesting about the bike and we worked a lot on the starts, my weak point,” continued the Rimini centaur.
“In Spain I tried many times the starting modes, because I still struggle with the Ducati’s clutch. Some riders are able to start better and I just have to figure out how to improve. I’ve been trying to work on myself and the way I release the clutch. I hope to dispel this taboo of mine here in Le Mans and be able to come back and compete for the win,” he commented again.
“The mustache? It’s still there,” he finally joked, “but I had to cut it off a bit because it was too long. But I’m going to keep them until I win and the bet is exhausted.”
