Brindisi in a note announced the farewell of Frank Vitucci to the biancoazzurra bench after six seasons: “Happy Casa Brindisi announces the consensual termination of the contract that bound coach Frank Vitucci to the biancoazzurra bench until June 30, 2024. After six sports seasons, taken over on the run in December 2017, they part ways with the coach who has written indelible pages in the history of the club. The numbers never speak for themselves and mark an era, Frank’s era as head coach of Happy Casa Brindisi.”
“Two hundred and thirty-seven (237) benches in total between league, Italian and European cups represent a record of longevity destined to last in the annals. Eighty-six (86) wins in Serie A, to place him first overall among the winningest coaches in NBB history in the top division. Never has there been anyone like Frank on our bench.”
