Charles Leclerc man Ferrari: goes to Le Mans to cheer it on
Cheering for the Maranello factory remains even when Formula 1 is stopped.
Charles Leclerc Ferrari man all the way. The Monegasque took advantage of the Formula 1 stoppage weekend to travel to Le Mans and cheer on the Cavallino’s 499Ps, which will start from the front row in the emblazoned 24 Hours scheduled at the historic French circuit.
This is clear from the posts Leclerc made on his Instagram Stories. Here, in fact, the Monegasque can be seen in an airplane with a very clear destination: “24 Hours of Le Mans,” he in fact wrote as a comment on the porthole of his plane. He then tagged Ferrari’s Hypercar account.
A further demonstration of attachment for him, in spite of the difficulties of this Formula 1 season. Leclerc is in fact seventh in the drivers’ standings, and after seven world events he has collected only one podium finish by finishing third in Baku. “The car is impossible to understand, it has an incredible inconstancy,” he had said about his Ferrari after the bitter 11th place in the Spanish Grand Prix.
