Fiorentina, hot lead in Serie A: Lazio in the window
Fiorentina, Roberto Pereyra is being evaluated for the midfield
After losing the Conference League final to West Ham, Fiorentina is already hard at work ahead of next season. One of the goals in the Viola’s house will be to find a replacement for Amrabat, who has reportedly already communicated his intention to leave the lily-livered team in this soccer session. There are several profiles that the Tuscans would already be following closely.
According to a report by “La Gazzetta dello Sport,” one name that has reportedly gained momentum is Roberto Pereyra, who will most likely leave Udinese to seek a new adventure. The former Juventus midfielder, in fact, would be highly appreciated by Vincenzo Italiano for his tactical pliability and flair for goal. However, Rocco Commisso’s club will have to deal with competition from several Serie A clubs, Lazio above all.
Fiorentina, for its part, is expected to establish relations with the player’s entourage in the coming days to try to get ahead of direct competitors. The lack of European qualification, however, could lead the Uruguayan trequartista to other destinations.
