Ducati, Pecco Bagnaia: “Angry with the bike.”

Ducati centaur Pecco Bagnaia commented to Sky about his fourth place in the free practice of the Dutch Grand Prix: “It’s been a long time since I’ve been this angry with the bike. I couldn’t do anything in P1, the bike was too nervous, so much so that it was almost dangerous to ride like that.”

Things changed in the afternoon: “I’m very happy with the step forward I made: in pace I was fast, and the time attack came out well despite a not-excellent lap. I finished the day with good feelings.”

Last season’s setup did not work on the new bike: “I thought I would be better from the start. I didn’t feel enough load on the tires, so we had to find a way to put weight on it-I’m glad we managed to do that.”
