Marc Marquez, Carmelo Ezpeleta gets unbalanced

Day by day the anticipation grows for the 2024 MotoGP World Championship and especially for the new MotoGp season, which among the most important novelties will see the racing debut, on a Ducati, of Marc Marquez, who this season will race for Team Gresini along with his brother Alex. A novelty greeted with pleasure by the CEO of Dorna, Carmelo Ezpeleta.

For the Spanish executive, Marc Marquez will return to fight for the title: "I have no doubts – he said in an interview with 'Marca' -. He will be one of the contenders. He's one of the best drivers in history and not having him in the top spots was a negative factor. In the era of Valentino Rossi, who è was great, there were strong riders like Stoner, Lorenzo and Pedrosa who però retired before him. We were lucky to have, in the meantime, Marc Marquez".

" Marquez has struggled with injuries. These are things that have to be taken into account, in sport you have to budget for this possibility,‖ added the Dorna big boss. In any case, in 2022 and 2023 Marc was not in a position to fight at the top, and in any case the MotoGp titles were decided practically at the last race. There is no doubt that this year's World Championship is very interesting and will be even more so.

Marc Marquez, born in 1993, will race on Team Gresini’s Ducati Desmosedici in the 2024 MotoGp season. His goal è to return to win the World Championship that he has already made his own eight times, in 2010 in the 125 class, in 2012 in Moto2 and six times in MotoGp, in 2013, 2014 and from 2016 to 2019.
