Julian Alaphilippe warns rivals
The countdown to the Tour de France is nearly complete, and communications continue to arrive from the teams that will participate in the Grande Boucle.Soudal Quick-Step, which has won 49 stages, is ready and has announced the names of its riders.
Along with Frenchman Julian Alaphilippe will be his compatriot Rémi Cavagna, three Belgians (Tim Declercq, Dries Devenyns and Yves Lampaert), two Danes (Kasper Asgreen and Michael Mørkøv) and Dutch sprinter Fabio Jakobsen.
Julian Alaphilippe is crystal clear: “At the beginning of the month, I rode a good Tour of the Dauphiné, felt in good shape, got a stage win, and enjoyed the cycling. The Tour is a really electrifying experience, every day you have to fight together with the team: there is a really special atmosphere, with all the people along the roads. I’m charged up and excited.”
