Marc Marquez, brother Alex is outspoken about market rumors

Alex Marquez no-holds-barred on brother Marc: “We’re going to try to have fun and unplug a little bit”

During an interview with the microphones of the Spanish daily “Marca,” Team Gresini Ducati rider Alex Marquez was blunt about the difficulties his brother Marc is going through with Honda.

“In this summer break we will try to have fun and unplug, which is the thing he needs most right now. He needs to relax and try to recover both physically and mentally, but it will not be easy,” said the Ducati centaur.

Later Alex Marquez commented on market rumors regarding his brother: “Last year I was clear, I said I wanted to leave Honda and I took the risk of being without a bike. I don’t want to go into that decision. I think it is something he has to feel inside. He has a contract and I would never advise him to break it, however, he has to follow his instincts and do what he feels, as I did last year.”
