Lorenzo Lucca is a new striker for Udinese. The Friulian club in a statement announced the signing of the Azzurri striker, who moves to Friuli on loan with right of redemption from Pisa.

He arrives on loan with right of redemption from Pisa and will be the new reinforcement for the Bianconeri attack. Lucca, a young but already internationally experienced striker, is back from his experience in the Netherlands with the prestigious Ajax jersey worn last season. He was born in Moncalieri, province of Turin, on Sept. 10, 2000 and started playing in the youth sector of Torino until the age of 14 when he moved to Chieri where he stayed for one season before moving to Atletico Torino.”
“There, at the age of 16, he was spotted by Vicenza where he immediately came to the fore, with three appearances in Serie C as well, and so much so that he earned the call from Torino who, in the summer of 2018, brought him back home and sent him on loan to Brescia’s Primavera team where he stayed for a year and became top scorer in the Primavera 2 league with 16 goals in 18 games. In the 19/20 season, he scored two goals in eight appearances with Toro in Primavera 1 and, in January, Palermo called him, with whom he scored one goal in three matches and won promotion to Serie C. It was in the following season that Lucca exploded, scoring an impressive 14 goals in 27 appearances and dragging the Rosanero to the playoffs.”
“At the end of that year, in fact, he deserves the call of Pisa in Serie B. The impact with the seria cadetta is impressive: the six goals scored, in fact, come in the first 7 days of the championship. In the end, he will play 34 games with the Tuscan formation, touching the promotion to A faded only in the playoff final against Monza. A more than positive season, despite a few aches and pains that conditioned him, and in which he highlighted all his talents so much as to attract the interest of a top club such as Ajax that, in the summer of 2022, brought him to Holland on loan from Pisa.”
“He made his debut in the Europa League and scored two goals in 14 appearances in the Eredivisie, in addition to playing 14 matches with the Lancers’ second team seasoned with 6 goals scored. Lucca also boasts 6 appearances with the national under-21 team embellished by 2 goals At the end of the year he returned to Pisa and, now, he is ready to start his experience in bianconero. Welcome Lorenzo!”
