Jannik Sinner’s words on the eve of the Wimbledon semifinal.

On the eve of the Wimbledon semifinal, Jannik Sinner spoke to the microphones of “Eurosport” about his feelings ahead of the match against Novak Djokovic. “I am excited. I am looking forward to playing this kind of match, especially because in my head I feel that I have learned a lot of things compared to the 2022 lesson. I think I have improved a lot compared to last year,” the South Tyrolean tennis player began.

“I will definitely look back at last year’s match, but I know it will be a completely different match. I think both of us have improved. I expect a very tactical match. Let’s see how it will be weather-wise as well. Let’s see if we will be under a roof, if it will rain, if it will be sunny. But I am happy to have the chance to try to beat Nole,” added the Italian number one.

“Now I serve better and I have more confidence. When I go to the net I think my volley is pretty decent. I think now I can vary my game a lot more, I can play the short ball or a slice. All a set of things that make me feel improved, although I still have to work a lot to get stronger,” concluded Jannik Sinner.
