Romelu Lukaku has decided to return to Chelsea pending future developments. After the incredible day that unveiled the deal with Juve and sanctioned the break with Inter Milan, the Belgian striker has in fact informed Blues coach Mauricio Pochettino that he will report to the gathering with the rest of the team on Monday.

A decision that was expected and foreseen by the agreements between the Belgian striker and the London club, but which adds a further complication to the already nebulous future of Big Rom, who is currently in the balance, divided between Chelsea, which would like to sell him for about 40 million, contacts with Juve, which would take him after the possible sale of Vlahovic, and Arab proposals that have been rejected for now but are still optional.

From this unbelievable situation Inter definitively defected, disappointed with the striker and the moves of his agents. The rupture has become definitive and therefore Lukaku, literally put at the door in Appiano Gentile, has nothing left but to return to England.

The Nerazzurri therefore remain at the window for a possible international striker swap but the situation in this regard is, if possible, even more nebulous.
