Varese reinforces itself under the basket

Varese Basketball has announced an important reinforcement under the basket. In fact, the Lombard club has signed Scott Ulaneo, a former Happy Casa Brindisi center.

In February 2022 he is traded on loan to Eurobasket Roma ending his year at 8.2 points and 6.1 rebounds per contest. In the 2022-2023 season he remains in A2, however, switching to Cento. By putting up 4.2 points and 3.8 rebounds he results among the protagonists of a season ended only with the elimination in the promotion playoffs.”

Matteo Jemoli, Pallacanestro Varese scouting manager, commented on the new acquisition: “Scott is a very interesting guy. His main characteristics are energy and dynamism that added to his young age make him an ideal profile for our project and our type of game. We look forward to seeing him in Varese.”
