Genoa, finalized the arrival of Mateo Retegui from Tigre

Genoa, after finalizing the signings of Martin and Leali, is reportedly one step closer to finalizing its third incoming coup, namely Mateo Retegui from Tigre. The Italian-Argentinian striker, in fact, after his first convocations in the national team, would be ready to move permanently to Genoa for a sum around 15 million euros.

The parties would be working to define the last details to reach the final white smoke. In the meantime, the player will be engaged in the South American Cup challenge with his Tigre.

Once the arrival of the national team striker is finalized, Genoa will get back to work to close negotiations for the purchase of Alessandro Zanoli, on loan from Napoli.

Starting next July 1, it will be possible to deposit the contracts for the players who will make up the teams’ rosters for the 2023/2024 season.
