Juventus, Paul Pogba’s problems continue
Last year, the Frenchman took the field only 10 times
Pogba is coming off a disappointing season. His return to Juventus was dramatic. He took the field only 10 games and, in fact, only for very few minutes. This year he aims to redeem himself but, even now, Allegri does not know when he will be able to use him on a permanent basis.
The Bianconeri coach was clear about Pogba’s return: “At the moment it is difficult to say when he will be able to return. He has only done one training session with the team, actually half because he only worked with us in the first part. We hope that from August 7 he will be able to raise his pace, however, for the first league game it will be very difficult for him to make it,” his words reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport.
In short, against Udinese, at the season opener in the league, the Octopus, barring miracles, will not be available. Not the best way to start a decisive season for his future. The French midfielder continues to post pictures and videos of him training hard but, although clinically 100 percent recovered, there is still no date for his return to the field. It is a complicated situation that has also tired the Juventus people, who are now only focused on the high salary he receives (last year, Pogba cost Juventus 50,000 euros for every minute he was on the field).
