Roma, double strike from PSG
Roma, double strike from PSG
After Matic’s farewell, Roma signs a double coup in midfield from PSG. According to Sky Sport reports, in fact, the Giallorossi have closed deals to bring Leandro Paredes, who played last season on loan at Juve, and Renato Sanches to the capital.
As for the Argentine midfielder, it is an outright purchase by the Capitolini, who will pay into the coffers of the Parisians an amount of around 2.5 million euros, with 30 percent on future resale going to the French. The world champion will sign a two-year contract, with an option for a third year should he play at least 50 percent of the matches next season.
The Portuguese player, on the other hand, arrives on a loan deal with mandatory redemption linked to conditions on which both clubs are still working. The redemption is expected to be set at 12 million euros.
Both players are expected to arrive in Rome as early as Tuesday to undergo routine medical examinations and sign their respective contracts.
From next July 1, it will be possible to deposit the contracts for the players who will make up the teams’ rosters for the 2023/2024 season.
