Serie B: Parma and Venezia do well, show tie between Sudtirol and Spezia

Victories for Parma, Venezia and Cittadella in Sunday’s matches of the first day of Serie B. The Crociati overcame Feralpisalò 2-0 at the Tardini thanks to Benedyczak’s penalty in the 37th minute and Bernabé’s goal in the 66th minute.

The Laggunari put in a dry 3-0 win at home against Como thanks to Pierini’s brace and Pohjanpalo’s goal, while Cittadella won narrowly 1-0 at home over Reggiana; Amatucci was decisive in the first half’s recovery.

In the late afternoon match, a spectacular 3-3 draw between Sudtirol and Spezia: the Altoatesini with Casiraghi’s penalty double recovered twice from goals by Moro and Reca. In the second half Moro made it 3-2 but in the 93rd minute came the hosts’ late equalizer by Odogwu.
