Lazio, deal one step closer for deputy Provedel
Lazio, deal one step closer for Luigi Sepe
Lazio, after the knockout in the league opener against Lecce, is back to work to complete the squad at Maurizio Sarri’s disposal. The priority for the biancocelesti would be the purchase of a second goalkeeper, complicit with the departure of Luis Maximiano to Almeria.
According to reports from “Il Messagero,” the capital club would have found an agreement in principle with Luigi Sepe, who would be leaving Salernitana. The Campani would be willing to let the former Empoli fullback leave for free, who would be ready to sign a three-year contract with the biancocelesti.
The parties would be working to iron out the last details so as to reach the final white smoke and be able to schedule medical visits.
From next July 1, it will be possible to deposit the contracts for the players who will make up the teams’ rosters for the 2023/2024 season.
